Hitters are exposed to a variety of stations found in circuit training that aid:

two strike hitting
hitting to the opposite field
increased power and bat speed
bunting and proper hitting technique taught with wood bats provided by the instructors. 

High numbers of repetitions (150-200 swings) are guaranteed and will show improvement next spring.
