A three sport prepster from Ohio, Scott played collegiate ball at Eastern Michigan before coming to Colorado. Scott has coached at both the youth and high school levels, including a 2003 Connie Mack championship with his Double Angels 18-under team. Scott currently serves on the Regis HS staff and is a member of the College Bound Student Athletes placement service.
